Environmental Property Search Letter

An Environmental Property Search Letter is requested to determine if there are any Notices, charges, violations or records of any non-compliance events, environmental complaints or spills regarding a site on file with the City of St. Thomas.  To request information for an 'Environmental Property Search Letter' please direct a cheque made out to the the Corporation of the City of St. Thomas for $100.00 plus HST for a total of $113.00, along with details of the request, to the attention of:

If you are not the owner of the property in question, a letter of consent from the property owner must be included with the request.
